Policies

These policies and procedures help us run our business smoothly and provide you the highest quality service. Please let us know if you have any questions!

  • Lessons must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance in order to receive a makeup lesson. Lessons that are not rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance will not be offered a makeup lesson or a refund. Please text us as soon as you know that you will need to reschedule your lesson.

    Lessons cancelled by the client do not receive a refund. If a lesson is missed due to vocal coach illness or emergencies, a makeup lesson will be offered, or a lesson credit will be provided.

  • If you have a lesson coming up and you become ill, please let us know as soon as possible. We will work with you to determine if a reschedule is needed.

  • We require all client’s to have an up-to-date card on file at all times. This allows lessons to be automatically charged and payments not to be missed or delayed. All lessons are charged 24 hours in advance of the lesson.

    If you need to replace your card on file, please refer to the instructions for adding a card to your account on the Getting Started page or get in touch with Claire to update your payment method.

  • For late arrivals of 15 minutes or more past the designated start time, the session will take place at the discretion of the Vocal Coach. The Vocal Coach is not obligated to extend the session time for late arrivals.
